This is an essential learning opportunity for parents and professionals who are supporting, loving and advocating for trans and gender nonconforming kids. Travers will touch on the spaces and relationships where kids from kindergarten to adolescence need their people to advocate the most: school, sports, healthcare, in extended families and with peers. The combination of Travers lived experience, clinical research and current advocacy work allows them to bring a deep level of understanding and a wide range of practical strategies will make this an incredible learning experience for participants.
