Parker Johnson, BA, holds a degree in Psychology with a focus on social psychology and adolescent development, along with a Minor in Education. He has a wide range of experience in outreach work supporting at-risk inner-city youth as well as adults who are struggling with housing, mental health, and addictions. Parker is also the Program Manager at The Existence Project based in Victoria which allows him to work with, and for, a diverse population, across socioeconomic, and cultural demographics.
Parker is an adoptee, born in Savannah, Georgia, USA who grew up in a multiracial family. Combining his personal and professional experiences gives him a unique capacity to conceptualize the individual struggles of youth who have experienced trauma. He brings to his mentoring work passion, insight and kindness that inspires change in the young people who spend time with him.
