Katia Heppell specializes in all things administrative and client care and is the first person you will encounter when you reach out to A Child’s Song. Katia has an educational background in medical office administration, emergency medical response as well as media and marketing. She approaches her work from both the perspective of an administrative professional and her lived experience of being an adoptee.
Katia’s ability to empathize with the experience of the children, youth and families we serve means that everyone who comes through the door of our head office or makes contact by phone or email is met with the kindness and care that they deserve.
